MINI-PLUGS

Make a mini-plug is really easy:

 

Use pins of a bar with 2.5mm step.

Solder the wires of the electric cord on the pins.

 

With a two components mastic compound, coat the pins and the wire. Give the shape you wish. Let it get hard.

 

 

 

These mini-plugs are light, strong, cheap, and the wire is perfectly hold.

 

 

 

The same technique is applied to other plugs for giving them a new shape or for insulating wires and protect the connections.
